Great Troy Neighborhood

148 2nd Street is a 2 minute walk across the street to Sage College campus and a 5 minute drive to the RPI campus.  While Historic Sage is a calm and quiet neighborhood, the entirety of vibrant, downtown Troy is no more than a 3 to 10 minute walk depending on whether you are headed to the public library,  clubs and restaurants, or the Farmer's Market.

There is lots of free and safe, on street parking on Liberty, Division, and 2nd Streets
